Vocabulary skills are key to writing and reading with effectiveness. I know, it’s finally summer and time for a much anticipated brain break. But we propose that summer is the perfect time to “fertilize” that vocabulary. Practicing vocabulary is a great way to do that while still having some fun. Why not sit at the beach, soak up some rays, and play a fun first grade vocabulary game?

Students entering college in the fall, studying vocabulary can be a beneficial past time!  Almost every college entrance exam has a vocabulary section in it, and doing well in most any university course requires having at least some command of English vocabulary.  The better a person can communicate themselves through spoken and written language, the better they will succeed in college.
